Product & Sizing

Sizing, materials, technology, wearing and caring info.

If you've been measured recently or are confident of your size, please go for your normal bra size.

Unsure on your size? The best thing to do is use our easy bra size check here.

On launch our size range is a 30-36 back size and a D-G cup size. These sizes are UK sizes.

If you're a size that isn't within this range but would love a peBe sports bra, get in touch with us at hello@pebeactive.com. We are a small start up and will look to grow our range over time. We will do this in response to demand.

I'm glad you asked. Our WRAPA technology can deliver a whopping 85% bounce reduction for your breasts.

WRAPA technology refers to the highly supportive inner layer loops (see the last photo on our product page). They are engineered to deliver wraparound support, cushioning both horizontal and vertical movement. Read more about the technology used in our Impact sports bra here.

Everyone has their own way when it comes to putting on a sports bra but we recommend:

1. undo the straps and back clasp

2. do up the back clasp

3. scoop your boobs into the cups & make sure the underband is pulled down, sitting nice and flat on your waist.

4. reach back & do up your straps so they are in a X shape across your back

5. Make sure those straps are done up nice and tight! The hook should be in line or above the top of your armpit.

We'd love you to hand wash but we are realists. So please machine wash (with care for the planet) at 30 degrees and air dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.

Top tip for hanging out to dry - don't hang it by the straps! Give them a rest and instead un-clip the back and drape the sports bra over the line.

Absolutely! If you want a more relaxed feel, loosen the straps by a fastening or two for more every day comfort.

The sweat-wicking fabric means you can continue wearing the Impact sports bra after you've worked out.

Ordering & Delivery

Everything you need to know about getting your sports bra from us to you.

We ship to the UK, Europe and rest of the world. To keep things simple, we offer one standard shipping service for each region.

UK - £3.95

EU - £14.95

Rest of World - £19.95

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to pick and pack your order, although we aim to do this quicker where we can. If you order after 13:00GMT on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.

We send all our orders by tracked delivery service, so we can keep an eye on its progress.

UK

On top of processing time, you should allow another 2 working days to receive you order.

If you haven't received your order after 5 working days, please drop us an email with your order number.

EU

On top of processing time, you should then allow another 3-5 working days to receive you order.

If you haven't received your order after 7 working days, please drop us an email with your order number.

Rest of world

On top of processing time, you should then allow another 5-7 working days to receive you order.

If you haven't received your order after 10 working days, please drop us an email with your order number.

When you place your order, you will receive a notification email that confirms we have got it!

Once an order has been shipped, you will be sent a dispatch notice confirmation by email.

Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam / junk folders due to the settings on your inbox. Please have a check here in the first instance.

If you still can't find our email, then there could be a typo in your email address. Please drop our support crew an email at orders@pebeactive.com with your name, email and what you ordered and we'll get you sorted.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to local boarder duties and taxes. We do not have control over these amounts, and so they are not included in your order costs.

You will be responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes and custom charges upon receipt. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping your order.

Please contact your local customs office if you need any further information.

We have to pay VAT on all our products sold as a UK company. This is already included in the price and will be shown as an amount at checkout.

Unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. Once an order is placed, the information is sent over to our warehouse team straight away and they will action that same day (super speedy, I know). PeBe HQ doesn't have access to this system, so we cannot edit orders.

Returns

We are super passionate about supporting you and your assets. So we will do all we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and get you into the right size.

However, if something is not quite right, our support crew is on hand to help you out. Just get in touch with us if the answer to your question isn't listed below at orders@pebeactive.com.

Everything you need to know about returning your order for a refund or exchange.

Christmas period 2022: returns for an exchange/ refund on items bought between 1st-25th December can be made until 31 January 2023.

Our customer service team will be taking a holiday from 21 December - 1 January, all requests for exchanges/ refunds will be processed on 2 January 2023.

Absolutely, yes you can! We know finding the right size is difficult, so we recommend you buy a couple of sizes. If you are ordering from the UK and keeping at least one of the bras, you can use our easy hassle free returns service to return the sizes that don't fit.

Yes, we offer free exchanges to UK customers. Drop us an email at orders@pebeactive.com with your request. We'll ask you to check your measurements to get you the right size to exchange and we'll follow up with our freepost returns label.

If you are a non-UK customer, please return your order and place a new order on our website.

Get it ready

Item(s) must be returned to us in their original state, with proof of purchase. That means unworn, unmarked, with the tags on, in the original packaging and with the order form (incl. return info). Otherwise (unless the item is faulty) unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return.

So before you return your item(s), make sure that:

1. there are no marks (e.g. deodorant). Any item(s) returned with marks on will be subject to a non-refundable £5 cleaning fee. This will be deducted from your total refund.

2. all tags are still attached.

3. the item(s) is in its original garment bag(s).

4. you have included your order form and completed the returns slip in with your returned item(s).

5. Please post it back in the original mailing bag, to help save on waste!

For UK orders, exchanges are free, please email us at orders@pebeactive.com for a free label.

For all other orders returned (international or UK returns), you are responsible for covering the cost to return your item(s). We highly recommend sending it using a tracked service, as we are not responsible if your item gets lost. Please return items to us at peBe, Westacott Rd, Barnstaple EX32 8AW, UK.

UK customers

We offer free exchanges for UK customers to find your right size.

If you have ordered multiple sizes and are keeping one, we offer free returns for those additional sizes you are returning.

If you are returning your whole order because you've changed your mind and would like a full refund, you are responsible for covering the cost to return your item(s). We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible if your item gets lost.

Non-UK customers

You are responsible for covering the cost to return your item(s). We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible if your item gets lost.

Exchanges (UK only)

Wrong size, no problemo. For UK orders, we offer returns for an exchange within 30 days. This means the item you'd like to exchange needs to reach us within 30 days from the date you received your order.

After this we are only able to accept returns on the basis set out below:

Refunds

We offer returns for a refund within 30 days. This means the item you'd like to return for a refund needs to reach us within 30 days from the date you received your order.

After this, we are unable to accept your item, unless it is faulty.

Faulty items

If a fault crops up in the first 6 months, we will of course sort this out for you. Just email us at orders@pebeactive.com. Faults do not extend to expected wear and tear.

We try to do this as quickly as possible.

Once we receive your item(s), it will be checked at our warehouse to ensure it meets our returns criteria: unworn, unmarked, with the tags on and in the original packaging. Allow a couple of days for us to do this.

After your order has been successfully checked, we will happily send you a refund or exchange (depending on your request) and confirm this via email. If there are marks that require cleaning to remove, you will be charged £5, this will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 5-10 working days for any refunds to show in the account used to place the original order.

We are so sorry, this is not what we like to hear.

If a fault crops up in the first 6 months, we will of course sort this out for you, whether it is a replacement item or your money back.

Drop us an email to sort it out, with the following information:

1. your order number

2. a short written description of the flaw, with a supporting photo

Our support crew need to verify all faults before any refunds or replacements are issued. Please note, products showing signs of natural wear and tear do not count as faulty.

Oh dear did someone get the wrong idea? We are sorry but we do not accept returns of gift cards.

Perhaps you can gift your gift card to an active busty womxn in need of a new sports bra.

If you have used a gift card to place an order, which you subsequently return, you will be refunded with a gift card.

Payment

All things payment, promotional offers and gift cards.

Nice one, these are rare! If you are lucky enough to have a code which offers you a discount, please enter this during the checkout process. Only one code per order can be applied.

You can pay online using Shopify's payment system.

Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You will be charged when you place the order online. This includes our pre-orders.

This could be a number of reasons. Your card provider may have put a blocker on your card if it has failed a number of times in quick succession. We suggest you check your online banking for any red flags.

Our gift cards are paperless. The buyer of the gift card will get an email with a unique code.

Its up to you how you share this with the lucky womxn who will get to spend the gift card.

To use the gift card, just enter your unique code at checkout and you should see the ££s tumble away!

Gift cards are:

:: valid for 12 months.
