We are a very small but mighty company and are growing our size range as we
expand. If you don’t see your size – please email us at hello@pebeactive.com
and we’ll make a note for our development planning.
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed. Please follow our exchange or returns process if you need a different size or no longer want your order.
We ship to the UK, Europe and rest of the world. To keep things simple, we offer one standard shipping service for each region.
UK - £3.95
EU - £14.95
Rest of World - £19.95
UK: 2-3 business days
EU: 7-10 business days
Rest of world: 10-15 business days
If you order past 15:00 GMT on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday. Bank holidays may add to this.
You will get an email once your order is shipped, with a tracking reference, so you can keep tabs on the arrival of your sports bra.
If you order from outside of the UK, you will have to pay local duties when it arrives in your country. We do not have control over these amounts, and so they are not included in your order costs.

We offer free UK exchanges, otherwise you are responsible for the costs of the return postage. Please keep a record of your postage.
Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
We always extend this over the Christmas holidays – so if you buy a bra from 1 December, you can return it up to 31 January.
Please allow 3 business days from the date our warehouse receives your return for a new size to be sent or a refund to be issued. For refunds, please wait another 3-5 business days for the money to show in your account.

You will be charged when you place the order online.
This could be due to several reasons. Your card provider may have put a blocker on your card if it has failed several times in quick succession. We suggest you check your online banking for any red flags.
Our gift cards are paperless, you’ll get an email with a unique code to share with the lucky lady.
To use the gift card, enter the code at checkout.
The gift card must be used within a year of purchase.
