ordering, delivery & returns

Ordering

We aim for all orders received by 3pm, to be shipped the same or next day (Monday to Friday, excl. bank holidays) from our warehouse in the UK. If you order after 13:00GMT on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.

Unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Notifications
When you place your order, you will receive a notification email that confirms we have got it. Once an order has been shipped, you will be sent a dispatch notice confirmation by email.

Delivery

We ship to the UK, Europe and rest of the world. To keep things simple, we offer one standard shipping service for each region.

  • UK - £3.95 (Tracked and 2 working days)
  • EU - £14.95 (Tracked and 5 working days)
  • Rest of World - £19.95 (Tracked and 7 working days)

Customs, duties & taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to local boarder duties and taxes. We do not have control over these amounts, and so they are not included in your order costs.

You will be responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes and custom charges upon receipt. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping your order. Please contact your local customs office if you need any further information.

Returns

We are super passionate about supporting you and your assets. So we will do all we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if something is not quite right, our support crew is on hand to help you out.

Time period
From the date you receive your item(s) - you have 14 days (for an exchange) and 30 days (for a refund) - to get your items back to us.

Conditions
Item(s) must be returned to us in their original state, with proof of purchase. That means unworn, unmarked, with the tags on and in the original packaging. Otherwise (unless the item is faulty) unfortunately, we will not be able to process your return. So before you return your item(s), make sure that:
  1. there are no marks (e.g. deodorant). Any item(s) returned with marks on will be subject to a non-refundable £5 cleaning fee. This will be deducted from your total refund.
  2. all tags are still attached.
  3. the item(s) is in its original garment bag(s).
  4. you have included your returns slip in with your returned item(s).

Postage
You are responsible for the costs of postage to return an item.
